Location - Various incl Milton Keynes. We are seeking Direct Sales Individuals to take on a challenging yet rewarding role selling Employee Hospital Plans. You will be required to work from our Employer sites across the UK, marketing employee benefits programmes and our own insurance products.
This is a fast paced role, working closely with all levels of people in all kinds of employer sites it offers real variety and the opportunity to travel UK wide.
You must be extremely flexible and able to work away from home Monday to Friday if required as clients are based throughout the UK.
The main objective of this role is to introduce and explain ‘all-employee’ voluntary benefit programmes to individuals and groups of employees at client companies across the UK, and achieve maximum membership of Hospital Plan and/or Death Benefit enrolment programmes, and such future products as deemed appropriate by the business.
Our client will provide you with excellent training if you have the enthusiasm and dedication to do well.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a Direct Selling environment, this is not a Business Development or Account Management position.
£16k plus commission, first year OTE £28k uncapped
Plus company car, mobile phone, laptop and expenses
