Location - Letchworth. My client has been established for over 10 years, they have a worldwide customer base and they are now looking for a Technical Account Manager to join their expanding team.
The Technical Customer Account Manager will be reporting to the Research and Development. This is a high profile role in a dynamic technical environment at the leading edge of inkjet technology. We are looking for a dynamic and committed team player with the right skill set and attitude. Willingness to “go the extra mile” is essential.
The role involves managing customers and projects for the Development team.
Required attributes/experience-
1) Commercially aware and customer focused - needs to have a proven track record in customer/commercial management and on-time delivery of projects/contracts
2) Project management skills - able to set priorities & assign resources
3) Man manager – able to lead a team, motivate and push people to improve/grow
4) Solid technical background
5) 'Can do' attitude & enthusiasm, highly driven, responsive
6) A background in chemistry, chemical engineering or materials |
