Location - Guernsey. To have primary responsibility for conducting the Compliance Testing programme.Maintain and regularly enhance the risk based compliance testing programme, taking into consideration Corporate Compliance standards.
Re-risk rank the compliance testing plan on a quart`erly basis.
Ensure the compliance testing plan is achieved.
Set objectives and scope for each compliance testing review, taking into consideration the relevant laws, regulations, rules and guidance.Identify compliance testing findings and discuss with business unit management, both during and at the conclusion of each review.
Approximately 2 years Compliance Monitoring/Testing experience.
OR
Approximately 2 years Internal Audit experience
Relevant professional qualification (eg. Accountancy/Internal Audit
Experience of Fund Administration business
KNOWLEDGE (e.g. Working knowledge of tax law)
